Traditional Easter cake made with grain, ricotta cheese, candied fruit and delicately flavoured with orange flower essence, cinnamon and vanilla.
Ingredients: shortcrust pastry (00 flour, butter, icing sugar, sugar, cornflour, eggs, egg yolks, raising agents), grain, ricotta from monti Lattari, sugar, eggs, confectioner's custard (milk, sugar, 00 flour, egg yolks, corn starch, vanilla pods), diced candied orange ( orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), sambuca, cinnamon oil.
