Our artisan panettone are all made using a natural leavening process (sourdough starter).
Ingredients: 00 flour, butter, egg yolks, lemon zest, raisins, sourdough starter, ginger, Annurca apples, honey, mandarin paste, artisanal sea salt from Trapani, malt, Madagascar and Tahiti vanilla beans, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, coriander. Icing: sugar, Giffoni hazelnuts, corn starch, egg white, almonds, pine nuts.
