
From today, another beautiful recognition embellishes our professional and human career: the "Arcimboldo d'Oro", which yesterday was awarded to us for the "Pastry" sector, at the MAV Virtual Archeological Museum of Herculaneum by the team of Arcimboldo, a food and wine magazine headed by Angela Merolla.
An award that makes us even more proud because it is the first edition. To motivate the recognition, with our great pleasure, not only our work as artisans of pastry, which gives life to confectionery productions strongly rooted in the territory, but also the history that distinguishes Pasticceria Pansa, one of the oldest on the Amalfi Coast, and the ability to know how to convey the roots and evolution that in these five generations the art of pastry making has had within the walls of our family pastry shop.
