Today, one of our most ambitious goals has become a reality: Gambero Rosso has awarded Pasticceria

Pansa the prestigious “Tre Torte” rating in the Pasticceri e Pasticcerie d’Italia 2026 guide.
A milestone we achieved through determination and hard work, always keeping our vision clear and never losing sight of the guiding path we have followed for 200 years—with respect, care, professionalism, and passion.

After receiving the WPS Star in 2019 and being named Apei Pastry Chefs of the Year in 2022, this top recognition from Gambero Rosso represents yet another profound reward for our efforts.

Today marks a truly special moment, celebrated in a magnificent setting: the Palazzo di Varignana, nestled in the hills of Bologna, where Gambero Rosso held the awards ceremony this morning. Representing our family were Nicola, Andrea, and Carlotta, daughter of Marilla.

Three Torte—the perfect number, our number: the three siblings of the fifth generation of Pasticceria Pansa, with the sixth generation now stepping forward, ready to carry the torch of these two centuries of fascinating history.

Today, we hold this recognition in our hands, the result of unwavering work, research, curiosity—but above all, consistency, perseverance, and devotion to Amalfi and the entire Amalfi Coast, to its values and its heritage.

We celebrate this achievement embraced as one: our family and our team—without whom none of this dream called Pasticceria Pansa would be possible.
