Mini simple mostaccioli
A fragrant rhomboid shaped cookie covered in dark chocolate, it represents a consolidated Christmas tradition of Amalfi's confectionery. According to a fairly reliable legend, the creator of this cake was a cook from Amalfi belonging to the Mostacciuolo family, whose coat of arms bore a lozenge shape which is also used in our cakes.
Ingredients: 00 flour, powdered sugar, butter, water, inverted sugar, cocoa, baking, cinnamon, pisto (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, coriander). Covering: dark chocolate (cocoa paste 55%, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
Conservation time: 120 days from the date of production.
