Candied lemon peel combined with grated lemon zest, a symbol of the prosperity of “Villa Paradiso,” contribute to making this dessert one of the most significant of our entire Christmas production. Our artisanal panettone are all made using a natural leavening process (sourdough starter).
Ingredients: 00 flour, lemon zest, butter, egg yolks, sugar, sourdough starter, water, Madagascar vanilla beans, artisanal sea salt from Trapani.
