Christmas holidays have passed and with them the magic of a truly outstanding year comes to a close. We have decided to take some time off, but never before this year will we be idle!
These weeks of winter will be more productive than ever because we will tackle the redesign of our historic pastry shop. Pansa's premises in Piazza Duomo, 25 years after the last restyling, are getting a makeover, preserving all the historicity that the business close to the 200-year anniversary brings, with the goal of presenting a much more functional and elegant venue. The antiquity and baggage of the years will remain on, and indeed will be enhanced in the new design that aims to enhance the pastry shop.

We will reappear in the spring in grand style, with the usual glow of our historic business and with the enthusiasm of always. See you soon!
