In an abandoned chocolate factory, among old boxes and old junk, a candle rekindles the light on a precious chocolate-flavoured story that spans the centuries. The hand of a mysterious visitor caresses an old production machine, a contact that allows him to pass through the door of time, thanks to an infinite passion, a passion  Infinita,  that has never been extinguished. Finally, a note in a dusty box reminds him of the most valuable reason for his job as a chocolatier: to make young and old happy!

This is Pansa's fable! Ours is a story of chocolatiers who sweetened the Amalfi Coast for decades in the 20th century. A tradition taken up by us fifth-generation Pansa brothers, with Andrea, a master chocolatier who, in his modern workshop, confectioners happiness in the taste of the finest cocoas from all over the world.
