It is therefore surprising to think of a process that lasts about 40 hours, at the end of which, from a simple piece of yeast cultivated and cared for with meticulous attention and, in some cases, handed down by generations of pastry chefs, a sumptuous, amazing panettone is obtained, whose bouquet of aromas and fragrances is enhanced and valued by an absolutely essential element: THE PASSION AND WORK OF MAN.
