Our trip to Madagascar with Valrhona in June could not fail to leave a tangible mark. And that's how we came up with this product designed for those who can't do without quality chocolate even at Christmas, a jewel of taste where the scents, aromas and emotions experienced at the Millot plantation resurface with elegance and vehemence at the same time. Our artisanal panettone cakes are all made through a natural leavening process (sourdough).
Ingredients: Flour, cocoa (Madagascar cocoa beans 64%, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), butter, egg yolks, sugar, sourdough starter, water, Madagascar vanilla bean, artisanal sea salt from Trapani.
Conservation time: 40 days from the production date. It is advisable to consume it as soon as possible to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of a natural product.
