The combination of the white figs of Cilento and our high quality chocolate will make your holidays unforgettable. Our handcrafted panettone cakes are all made through a natural leavening process (mother yeast).

Ingredients: Flour, white figs, chocolate 61%, cocoa (cocoa paste 61%, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), butter, egg yolks, sugar, sourdough starter, water, Madagascar vanilla bean, artisanal sea salt from Trapani.

Conservation time: 40 days from the production date. It is advisable to consume it as soon as possible to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of a natural product.
